I only need one computer access, to be able to access files on my desktop and transfer to my laptop. The main issue is helping the user to differentiate computer so they'll know which computer needs to be set up and how to access the other. After several failed attempts to set up, I had to obtain assistance, and the agent was helpful, but it was STILL confusing.
This should be made more easy to understand by ANY user. I'm not an idiot, but the way the app has to be set up makes it difficult to understand which computer's info you should be entering when you do the setup. Received assistance, but even that was confusing. Also: I entered the name of the computer incorrectly, can't figure out how to change it. Maybe have a $10 option for someone who only uses access like a dozen times a year for personal use? Honestly, even $18 a year seems high for someone like me, who will only use the app on rare occasions. When I was signing up I thought I saw an $18 one-year option for a single computer, but later on the website it said it was $24.95 or something like that. I've signed up for offers like this in the past only to be charged, so the jury is out at present. Signed up for the trial, assuming I would get 90% off.
